anybody had any problems with the variable rate rams on these, mine stuck and seized, took it to dealer and they said they cant repair and wanted £575 for a new one !!!! so sod that and got it to bits on bench, as I sai its sh!t or bust !!! cleaned it all up and wd40 and she loose, try and get her back on and see if ive got it right !!

Yes I've had issues. Dave king sorted mine. In think it was around £125. A new one was around £400. I think your dealer is taking the pee.

stripped it down and found the ram seized, cleaned it and put back together and went for trial run and seams ok so saved the 575 !!!!!!! just hour and half a can of wd40 !!!!!

Had it been crafted by vestal virgins, tempered over the sacred fire and brought to you in a golden chariot piloted by Apollo himself then yes, one would expect a slight premium, but £575! Now that's just messin with you.
