Amazone ZAM Ultra screen freezing

We have the above spinner and when we hitch on and try to use it the screen freezes and we have to disconnect the power to clear. We seem to do this four or five times and it then works normally. Have tried cleaning cables and plugs but to no avail. We recently had a new weigh cell circuit board fitted by our local Amazone dealer and it started after this. Thoughts from the people please as a bit frustrating.

If it started happening after your dealer worked on the machine have you told them that something they did has caused this problem? Your spreader will be using an Amatron+ control box I assume? On the machine there will be the "Job computer" as they call it, make sure the wires in to that are secure and not damaged

I have spoken with the dealer but only use them for this machine and do not know them that well. I am told I am to hear from their Amazone expert but I am still waiting for their call. I was hoping someone else had a similar problem and would be easily resolved. Yes it is the Amatron + box and we have checked all the obvious wiring but is strange as it works perfectly once it has had its funny moments at the start. Software conflict that reboots and resolves itself? Frustrating as for the first hour you live in fear it will shut down especially if doing VRA!
