Sorry appear to have missed this thread! What is it ! any good ?
It's a pain in the ar*e marketing email that keeps getting around my spam filter!
The product? Fudge knows! One of the founders is a member in here. Their website is long on talk and short on actual results. The word "claimed" appears regularly. http://www.aminoa.co.uk/
Been getting 3 emails a day from this the last few weeks
We have many customers internationally and nationally and work with some of the worlds largest agricultural companies.I had the email from them again today and didn't begin to wonder if anyone actually buys the stuff.
No it never was. Our animal derived amino -acid products are produced from human food grade animal protein and there are no safety or health issues with using them. If you apply one of these products to a lettuce there is no animal residue as the plant does not distingush the source of the amino-acids but only if they are in a form that it can use to perform cell division! There is more animal residue in a glass of red wine than in a plant treated with our products! But for those with ethical/vegan concerns we have products based on synthetics or vegetal material.is this the hydrolysed pigs blood stuff?

Please see above. We have several products built from amino-acids from a variety of sources animal, synthetic or vegetal. But all are based on human food grade sources not waste material etc.I think it's use is under strutiny as it is from animal waste, can't use on crops for human consumption I don't think. Avoid it
Is @richardnyo still here
How do your products fit into an organic system? Please see above. We have several products built from amino-acids from a variety of sources animal, synthetic or vegetal. But all are based on human food grade sources not waste material etc.

You say that, but a lot of millers have banned the product from use of wheat entering the human food chain. There are obviously concerns around its use from end users.
But what use is it to us if millers have banned it?You will find that we have several products in our portfolio only the products that are animal derived are of any concern and this is only on ‘ethical’ grounds. There are no concerns about safety and there are no residues. The argument is the same as beef tallow in five pound notes which the BOE have chosen to ignore as there is still beef tallow in the new ten pound notes! Please check your facts.
