Have a look at page 5 of this weeks Private Eye ......... and note the number of Hedge fund managers spaffing dosh at Johnson to grease his election campaign.

They are the true winners here like always

When I was a boy in the 50s the dollar was worth about seven and six, or just under three to the GBP. I don`t remember those as being glory days so how do you reckon a strong pound is such a great thing?
Because we all have to work less to earn the same money if the pound is strong.
It was the secret of the German success.
