Hi everyone, we have some beef available for the beginning of next week, the beef is from an 18m old Angus steer out of a Blue Grey cow, had no hard feed at all and was killed and hung for a month at the local slaughter house just down the road. I wouldn't mind some roasting joints of that, but not brisket and feather stewing steak. Do you sell the prime cuts another way?
