he's an old lad seemingly, has better ones in the shed which very few people get to see, won't part with anything.
The old Chevy would make a brilliant welding rig. The ford car would be a nice little run around, and the jeeps would be worth a small fortune!
Shame , He's got some rare stuff outside.. I'd like to see inside.
Chevy looks like a 69ish C10.
The Jeeps Look Like CJ3's and CJ5's.. The one next to the RR is a Commando as you say a small fortune.

Been sitting watching YouTube videos of forming sheet metal panels and saw a really great way to make patterns.
Flexible shape patterns
basically you cover the panels you want to copy with layers of tape, mark on various details like extra metal for flanges, positions of templates etc. that gives you all the information you need to know.
id like to do it with the one I’m working on, but it’s a wooden buck. My idea was to fill it, sand it down and seal it, then do the flexible pattern trick... but looking for inspiration on ways to fill it up
any ideas?

Expanding foam and then carve it back to smooth? A few aerosol cans for filler shouldn’t cost too much, and a bread knife does a half decent job of cutting it back after, I’d expect.
I thought about that, read somewhere that it kept growing for a while though. Plus if I could get rid of it easily it would be a bonus.
Oooohhh... wood shavings mixed with glue for the bulk of the filler capped with plaster.

you might as well go clay, than that. Or fill with bulk cardboard and a staple gun and then cap with the plaster.
