Another dry Spring

Looks like I’m facing another dry Spring

Colder and later start too

It's seriously dry here . There was a bit of rain around last Fri night but it missed us and wasn't much anyway

how many 'dry springs' have we seen that've turned out ok?....i'd rather some rain may-aug anyway....2018nwas a normal spring but turned out a drought

Yes even in the west of scotland its got that dry east wind feeling ,which seems to be the norm these last few years.

I don't mind a dry April if we get a wet May, things never seem to recover from a dry May

It’s my fault, I installed a rainwater tank in March. It’s only got about 12” in the bottom of a 10.000l tank

Same happens every time I buy a new rain gauge. Think I ought to buy a windmill.

Getting very dry here sw Scotland, great weather for outside calving etc but not much growth . Stopped the fert spreading , ditches and streams are noticeably getting low. Barely any rain in January neither . Stock look well with sun on there backs though . Would I have this or pissing cold rain ? I will take dry
