Have you got a screwfix or toolstation locally?

I had a look online before I replied and they do list floplast 32mm fittings, but strangely not available to actually buy!

The prices aren’t bad, some bits are cheaper than my local places trade prices!

When putting in a new supply, is there anything to be said against laying a spare pipe next to the main one in case of future increased usage/need of a separate supply if one property is sold etc?

It would depend on the layout, say its 300m to first house i would take it at 50mm to that point then drop to 32mm for the rest with 25mm branches to each house.
