That sounds rather like acid reflux. Might just be worth asking for an endoscopy to make sure that you haven’t got a bit of a hiatus hernia (where the top of the stomach pops up through the diaphragm). Omeprazole helps.
Yeah I’m sure it is, but it completely disappears when I stop eating gluten, could just be wheat but I haven’t experimented enough to say for sure, although beer really doesn’t agree with me now and it’s barley.

I’ve also had anxiety plaque me over the years but what seems to have helped me was taking one St Johns wort tablet every day. Works for me and it’s a herbal remedy so no side effects.
Anxiety is a bugger to deal with and it can make social environments pretty difficult.
It’s not easy telling your friends or
Family that you struggle with anxiety but it feels better after you have shared the burden.

I also used to take St John's wort capsules, but mainly to calm me down in stressful situations. I was taking a fair few more than you though, @Katarina .I used to say that I took them for those around me, rather than for myself.
In all honesty, it took a fair amount of willpower to wean myself off it!

I was in a similar situation as yours. Due to a pandemic situation, I have lost my job and got dispersion and anxiety. I was visiting my psychologist, which helped me for a few hours, and then my level of depression back up. Once speaking about this on a forum, a member suggested buy a substance made from a plant that has no harmful effect on your health. It was called white maeng da kratom powder. First, I was scared not to cause dependence after using it, but I risked and tried. After several times of usage, this calmed me, and I overcome my depression and anxiety.

Im the same, its taken me 2 weeks to make one phonecall and i still can't bring myself to do it. Its only a call to see if someone has fenceposts to sell but im really bad on the phone and I've seriously over thought it now. Just can't do it. Anxiety really is crap and i have no cure to recommend but just wanted to let you know you aren't on your own!!

The Rivers Trust has today launched its State of Our Rivers report aiming to allow the English public understand and explore the health of their rivers on a national and local scale.

Environment Minister Rebecca Pow and Environment Agency Director John Leyland attended the launch panel to discuss the ways in which the...
