Any advice on feeding calves please?

has anyone any advice on feeding calves up to 12 weeks please an then beyond 12 weeks. They are blue x and limousin x. We buy them from a local farm at 2 weeks old. The only thing we have on farm is fodder beet and silage. Iv been buying a rough ration but it's working out very expensive. Any ideas please?
