Any feedback on Smartshot B12. lamb injection.

My vet gets it from another vet who imports it . Just paid 88.8 p per ml inc vat, last year I think I paid 79p . Last year I gave the x lambs 0.5 ml and the hill and any ewe lambs 1ml . While every one around complained lambs were lighter at sales , my lambs ave 1kg heavier

Thanks . Have always been pleased with bolus which also includes co. sel. and iodine . It seems there is one smartshot with sel added . However it looks as if you need to drench a pottasium iodide crystal(water) mix at 4% to cover iodine which we are short of. Think i will give it a go pre weaning lambs. Bolus method still for ewes though.

That sounds really good value @cheviot53 . Myself and a mate are using it this year sourced from 2 different vets and we re both paying nearly £1 per ml. He used it last year on 1/2 of his lambs , bolused 1/2. The smartshot lambs were all around 2kg heavier than the bolused lambs at weaning
