How much do you want to pay as I have a Palax combi which will be for sale but there not a cheap compared to other makes because there quality kit.

Palax combi bought new from Caledonian Forestry in 2010 with TCT blade and elevator. Will cut and auto split with 2way and 4 way blade. Presentation of log to blade by rocking motion cut made at pre determined log length the log drops into splitter for auto feed into splitter then up elevator into IBC cage. Steady pace would produce 1 IBC full per hour. Min hp required app 15.

you would be surprised fresh oak / hard woods are no bother
Its when it dries up you have to lessen the diameter

I'd expect to do an ibc in 15 mins with 2 of you working

If parked next the stack of wood I would do a six ton grain trailer full in an hour with a palax combi. Not six tons of wood,just the size of trailer
