Mate of mine in Dumfries phoned for red yesterday morning,delivered within an hour. Yet up here all 5 petrol stations within 30 miles were out of fuel on Thursday morning. It seems fairly random.

Although all 5 petrol stations up here were empty, when I got to Dingwall went into Tesco and filled up. My refuelling light had come on by this time so I was needing.
