Popped in for an hour this afternoon
From the ones I saw, nothing flash....looked a poor show from what I saw
Best I saw was £175 for some fancy ones
Most £70-£90
Plain ones around £50

havnt been,mine was kirkby but seen they have averaged £79.99 which at a guess will be a good (or bad!) £20 down

Bentham was £76 in Saturday but guessing same as Kirkby quite a few went home

Dad bought 88 from Kirkby on Friday average £93

Lambs were down about £20 for the smaller ones and about £6 or £7 for the bigger ones. Although they were very cheap near the end. Finished selling about 6pm.

Plenty of lambs under £60 although a few were not selling them.

I was there till lunch time. Similar prices I would say, Mondays average was a £79.99 I was told. Down £20 on last year.

Second lamb sale at Stirling was back £10.

Think us Scots got best of the mule ewe lamb sales this year though for the end of August/start of September sales. Generally lambs were similar on year.

could only put it down to the fact you maybe dont rely on the south-country buyers the same as we do.

Yeh, grass and rain came at the right time really.

I honestly don’t know...can’t see it improving tho unfortunately
