Anybody Using Ag-Drive App??

Anybody out there signed up to the ag-drive app and have first hand experience of it? Just wondering what are your thoughts or reviews?

It seems to tick all the boxes with per-start checklists, job recording, time sheets, field mapping and the invoicing connection with Xero, it kinda all looks good on paper.

I see they have a free 14 day trial so might give it a whirl but you really need to set this stuff up fully to get the best out of it.

We have been using Ag drive since June 2021. Completely transformed our management of men and machinery, farm mapping, health and safety, machinery check lists and most important for our business integration with our accounts package QuickBooks. Stopped using paper time sheets for men and diary in August. This is a big product ticking many boxes.
It is the most cost effective way to manage your business giving real time feed of all operations

I tried to use Harvest Yield this year a bit, I'm self employed but work for a contractor mostly. That was good when it worked, but didn't have trust in it enough to stop using my diary. Took a lot longer to log a job through an app than to scribble quick in a book.

No offence implied but a new member giving a salesmanny type answer :ROFLMAO:

Questions

1)Will it record live traveling times on a GPS style map and let me right in notes etc for invoicing? actually was thinking of using something like this for lorries on haulage work and to get correct travelling times and demurrage times for tanker work.

2)I can drop a pin in a field just like google and it will guide the employee to it?

3)It can work offline and then be updated later on WIFI? It amazes me that employees don't want to use any of their free unlimited data for work use but will happily sit on social media whilst still on the clock.

Morning
I’m a Beef finisher/ contractor and have been using ag-drive since it started and yes it ticks all the boxes and more. It’s incredible how it’s made managing my business easier for myself and my operators.
It suits all sizes of agri business’s
It’s easy to put your invoices out and keep day to day records of work and plus keeping health and safety correct as well as tractor and implement management.
I wouldn’t waste your time with the 14day trial just get started and you’ll not look back
Any question please contact me on messenger @kingan farms
Cheers
Alistair

I’m a farmer and contractor employing 10 men. We have used google sheets then apps for job recording for approx 4 years.
Ag drive is the all in one app.

1. It has a ‘start travelling’ button which automatically finishes when u press the ‘start work’ button. It tells u time taken and the route.
Notes section in every job plus in scheduled jobs which is good for warning operators about obstacles or customer wishes
2. Yes can drop the pin but also you can send the whole field or fields with the mapping feature. So clear instructions also
3. Yes records and updates when u catch up with WiFi
All our men fill in the time sheet on the app and are paid from that. What I like about this is you can see straight away if there has been a mistake made and it can be addressed straight away, rather than a fortnight later when timesheets would come in.
