Have seen some very dramatic yield maps where alternate 32m tramlines treated in different fields in more than one year.Hmm and I had just written off my pod N as too much chew for any potential gain

What sort of timings?Have seen some very dramatic yield maps where alternate 32m tramlines treated in different fields in more than one year.
Really stupid question but is Osr grown much in Ireland? Do you have an oil crush or does it come to Liverpool or go in animal feed?
Thanks very interesting. Looks a great crop. Why follow with spb? Slugs?
Green pod stage. Usually use a urea mix containing trace elementsWhat sort of timings?
When was your first application?Eventually decided to give a second Sclerotinia spray to our WOSR.
It’s been flowering for weeks and weeks.
If you look at the AHDB Sclerotinia forecast map, we are directly under that red spot on the south coast of Ireland.
Used a half rate of Proline plus 2kg/Ha of Solubor (leaf samples showed low B).
Crop looks to have promise so decided to not hold back.

Most sprays re botrytis are preventative. Need to coat the petals so that when they fall and stick to wet stems they are already covered in chem. Will be doing ours when this rain goes through. Rain has helped so probably worth it now.
