Does it come with an engine that uses more oil than diesel or have they fixed that now?
Come to think of it doesn't the 1050 use an MAN engine? So it might be alright

Can it do more work than x 3 fendt 720’s for the same kind of money ?

I just don’t get these big tractors any more - what on earth actualy needs doing to soil that requires that much power and weight ?

How much does it weigh? 13t? Its crazy the weight of machinery now days.

No idea of what it weighs - this kind of stuff is simply no longer on my radar but I expect it has to be damagingly heavy to get that kind of power down through tyres

That’s part of the problem, to pull that size implement, it’s not just power. Grip is a key factor. I’m bit of a convert co no till. Perfect sense from a business perspective. Just think the size of no till drill you could pull with the 1050. [emoji854]

Have none of you lot got any steep ground?? Admittedly a 1050 is a bit overkill but venture down here with your 720 and I can guarantee you won’t get very far!

if you have a slope that 200 hp wont get up I doubt the wisdom of growing crops on it ! I reckon i could get up snowdon in a 200hp 4wd tractor !
