I don't understand why it's allowed to market all that crap as milk. Milk comes from mammary glands. Tbh young kids would do better on their own mothers milk.

If any one gets the chance next time you go shopping, look at the ingredients on the back of soya milk and almond milk only something like 2% is almond or soya the rest is water and emulsifiers and other sh!t

I was told by a dairy farming friend who knows his stuff that these plant based "milks" are generally around 1/7th the nutritional value of cows milk. Maybe with the exception of soya which has a similar protein content but lacks in every other way.

I don't think the word 'milk' has been claimed by anyone as a brand name chaps. If you believe your product is superior, get on and market that fact. Don't try to rubbish competitor products.

Nobody is gonna buy vegetable milk because they are murder expensive and some give you the runs if consumed in the sort of quantities I drink milk in.
