I'm trying to get in touch with someone from the customer team at MF or Agco to discuss something with.

Local dealer has been great but can't solve this.

I have filled out forms, rung contact number off interweb and called the 24/7 line - all to no avail.

If someone from MF or Agco could get in touch I would apprentice it.

I can send any of them's mobile number but they will not answer, turn up at Abbey Park with a AK47 & they may listen then , but from all our past dealings with them you are wasting your time if the dealer has tried for you the bean counters at HQ could not give a F about

I emailed them many years back about a fault/error code with our 6490......they tried to be helpful by speaking to the dealer and then emailed me back. Dealer came out to look and try and help but never really got to the bottom of the issue.

If I recall correctly, various hydraulics would work on their own at any moment. Loader dropping down on the road, plough just lifting up or dropping at any time. Certainly something like that.

He told me about it at the time, very dangerous and although they had a few goes at it they didn’t get it right then more or less just said “we’ve done all we can, you’re stuck with it now”
