and for what it's worth there is no east Germany just the good old DDR

seems to be a new Horsch Maschinen GmbH outlet.
If it's this then expect Horsch business conduct behind it. Fairly standartised.
Also in Landsberg you have a Claas Outlet. Lot's of 2nd hand combines, sometimes quite new once. Like big NH combines which where <3years old. After people heard who the previous owner was interest dwingled. JD got from same farm the other lot & the young NH combines set for >2years on their lot.
