Yeah I plan to use an electric one when I get there :)

Just watch with these electric fans , the recommended fitting method is cable ties through the rad core . I ruined a perfectly good radiator using the cable tie method . I ended up making up a frame for the fans .

Looks a clean and tidy job ! Never seen a Landy that clean .
I'm just back from Cornwall , you don't have anything to do with Cider do you ?

Haha no, I live in Manchester but used to own a static caravan in Perranporth.

Yeah this will be my 3rd one I've fitted over the years on different S2's and 3's and I've always made my own brackets so shouldn't be a problem :)

I was looking at a tourist flyer in Cornwall and it was advertising a farm making Cornish Rattler cider , seemed a bit of a coincidence . I was thinking I'd show up , check out your landy and try and get some free cider ....

Surely stainless steel cable ties would do well ...............
Yeah , some corrosion would be going on there . They give you plastic ties with the Kenlowe ones that you put through the core gaps . Maybe works alright if you don't hit any pot holes ...Then the thermostat is to be inserted under the rad top hose .
Only time I've really trashed a car was when I overheated the engine , they never seem to be the same again :scratchhead:

Haha my caravan was about a mile away from the Cornish Rattler making place and I always made sure I have their apple flavor in the fridge in the van :D

Being as I can't go Swinging ( metal detecting ) next week as I can't get the time off I've decided to buy a couple of bit's n bob's for the 2a, a set of S / steel nuts, bolts and washers for the new galved bulkhead support brackets and a PCL air riveter as I soon want to paint the bulkhead but first I will need to rivet on the L / H pedalbox hole blanking plates which came with the bulkhead when we bought it a few months ago, I also want to replace the cappings on the rear tub once the tub is painted aswell so the air riveter should do nicely :D

Apparently Ford recalled their vehicles with that engine but landrover never ?
He's not happy ?
