Anyone Received Environmental Payments for 2019

How many received the lengthy email today explaining that we will now receive an estimated 75% from Susan Boyd.

It would have been rather nice to have started the email with an apology rather than we are still "we are still working on your 2019 claim" which is obviously not true!

Getting the 75% will be very handy but I would want to know why they have not paid it all months ago.

Yes I got the same message at 6pm today, at least its something, IF it arrives.

The email is basically promising 75% this month and the rest god knows when. I don't know if that's much better than the 100% they said we would be paid by June ?

If the delay is Coronavirus related then a bounce back loan can be claimed till the balance is paid ?

I think the delay is probably due to their preexisting incompetence, but no doubt they will blame covid. I have no faith in getting anything in May.
