Rang last week to chase and was told the majority of payments were made in December which came as a surprise to me because I understood the opposite was the case.

We have been in contact with FCN who are fighting hard for us. Yesterday they contacted us to say the RPA had emailed them to ask what is owed to us as they dont have a record of whats been or not been paid out. Sounds like they are in a right mess

Sounds about right, we were paid short last year and when I queried it they said wait until you receive the statement then contact us again - still waiting for the statement!

2019? still not had all of 2018! when I finally got through to someone in RPA yesterday he said we can see you have sent us lots of emails requesting the balance of 2018, but he dosen't know why they have all been ignored...Bloody amazing. I am now going to email them every day just to annoy them. Poor bloke did say that contacting your MP is the best way to get things done

is there anyone working at the RPA? anyone seen any money recently? seriously, how hard can it be? 15 yrs in HLS and CS and still a payments system cant be implemented. Amazon didn't exist 15yrs ago.
Just paid another farm rent bill, still waiting for mid tier payment for last year, and will be soon half way through this year. When we signed up, half was payable in Autumn, half the following Spring. It really isn't good enough. Glad I haven't renewed our mid tier, only a few months to go to the end of the agreement.
