Anyone tried the new JCB dualtech loadall?

Looks like it should be good, a good few well needed changes like the ability to shut engine speed down but still maintain forward speed and the seat mounted controls.... I'd love a telehandler sometimes....

I think it's physically too large for us, we need 2.3 metres tall or less really, anything larger and we'd need a second machine to hire occasionally which seems daft. The problem with that is that it's only really the Merlo 32.6 that gives you decent performance in that smaller size.

Any updates on these? Drove one in dealers yard and seemed very user friendly. I assume jcb will fit agri pro to the smaller models.

Had a demo of one on maize clamp. Operator tried a Manitou and a Merlo last year, and a new Case this year, then the JCB hybrid. We have now bought the JCB!

How's it been?
Excellent so far. Only had a clamp of grass silage to really test it out, when we get into maize we will be testing it properly.

Not at all happy with JCB taking the franchise away from a local family firm, and giving it to a multi-depot anonymous dealer. I like dealing with firms where I can talk to the boss. May never buy a new JCB again because of this.
