Iv been getting emails saying from apple about purchase on such and such date like today but I haven’t bought anything. Says I have to tap here to view purchase. It says [apple] at start but I never clicked any. Have changed my Apple ID password now. Anyone else get this ?

Yeah have done. Got a few last few days. Changed the Apple password and the email I got to confirm had a different type of Apple wrote at the heading compared to the other emails. Thanks for peace of mind

It’s just spam. If you compare against the genuine article they are relatively easy to spot. Some of them have terrible grammatical errors. Just ignore it.

I get emails regularly from people claiming to be Apple as a receipt for stuff I have 'bought'.

This is all false. The email will contain a link, if you click that link, thinking you are going to the apple website, it will direct you to a fraudulent one instead. They ask you to input your username and password and bang they have got your details.#

Do not reply to emails and sure as hell do not click any links in them.
