Apple Music or Spotify?

Yes but you surely have to have a paid account. My Spotify app in the car's system will not work because I don't have a Spotify Premium account. If I did, it would obviously work on all devices including the car. It would soak up mobile data in the car though, so its hardly free to use either way.
Yeh it’s totally free as is the data. You could use your own existing Spotify account in the car, or if you don’t have an account, an automatic premium account gets created for you in the background. The downside is the automatic account can’t be used on any other devices you own. As said data usage is free. No idea what network they use or if it’s a roaming SIM so locks onto the strongest network.

Will have to investigate that for the Volvo, seeing as it has the app. How do I get an automatic account?

Don't know. I'm too tight to use it.
Just checked and he's on Amazon Prime, but only to buy.

For a long time I've been looking for a digital version of albums by the late David Lloyd of Alltyblaca. Specifically "Yr Anfarwol Dafydd Lloyd" where I recall him singing a seriously haunting "Pwy fydd yma ymhen can' mlynedd?" Pwy fydd yma I gario 'mlaen?

Was he a Unitarian? I only discovered the other day about Unitarians and up your way was a relative hotspot.of it.

Probably, being from Alltyblaca, which is a village just to the West of Llanybyther.

This is the album I'm looking for.

EDIT
Forget the Alltyblaca part. I have confused his origins with Jacob Davies as I explain later on.

Yes. 6 albums worth. Bless, 453 monthly listeners.

What about David Lloyd, who I reckon to be a good class above Trebor?

Have a listen to some of these. I'm particularly partial to David of the White Rock, but its better in Welsh Dafydd y Garreg Wen which I believe might be on the album I'm looking for.

Here's Bryn Terfel's version

EDIT forgot to add link to David Lloyd's version. Number 41 on this list.
Must say I shed a tear listening to it just now. Its not the tone, its the words and the sentiment expressed that does it.

Another version
Not my favourite but I do remember this pair vaguely too.

I think that perhaps I'm confusing him with Alltyblaca.
All this is such a very long time ago now, but its coming back to me slowly.
I'm actually thinking of Y Parchedig Jacob Davies of Alltyblaca, who was not a singer but whose oratory was captured on LP's in the 1960's. I recall his marvellous captivating storytelling, listening to the record player when I was very young and radios were things that took five minutes after switching on, for the valves to warm up, before they worked.

Jacob Davies was the Unitarian Minister, although you wouldn't be able to tell from his stories.

Amazon prime, and I'm tempted to pay for Amazon music unlimited. The desktop app works so well and the phone one is even better. The amount of stuff free on prime is insane, you download them to your phone and it's enough to fill your tractor cab up for weeks on end until you change them out.
