We currently have a vacancy for a self motivated person to undertake all arable operations including spraying with large modern up to date equipment. Spraying certificates PA1 and PA2 are required as the work would involve operating a self propelled Househam sprayer. PA4 would be an advantage but not essential as any training that may be needed can be given as required.
The job also involves estate maintenance such as fencing, ditch and drain maintenance and so experience operating a 360 excavator and chainsaw certificates would help but not essential. Would consider somebody who wanted to work part time, but this is an exciting opportunity for some one to take on role of foreman and so remuneration for the right person would reflect the responsibility undertaken.
The farm is a ring fenced unit with non farming diversifications and located near to a large town.
Worcester is 15 minutes by car and Birmingham is 30 to 40 minutes.
