When you get your Lexion out of the shed you have to state something portentous on Twitter such as:
‘Winter barley is a go’
A go? What is this mangling of the language? The correct phrase surely, is something like ‘harvest has commenced’
Alternatively:
‘The barley isn’t quite fit but we’re just having a nibble to fully train the team’ Accompanied by a picture of a massive Lexion (it’s always a Lexion) which ‘nibbles’ about 20 acres an hour?
Anyway, once we’re back off holiday next week, it’ll be time to get the Tucano ‘a go’ and train the ‘team’ swiftly followed by an unforeseen breakdown and some predictable cockup.
