Arams errors

Is anyone having issues with the information from the paper forms sent off being uploaded onto Arams with the wrong details? Ive had two in the last month with incorrect holding numbers and tag numbers they have typed in wrong! Im not sure if it will be my fault when i next get an inspection. How can it be so difficult for them to type the correct details in, the system seems a bit of a joke.

Same here. From experience, keep going back on to records page and check as inspectors take ARAMS as definitive and the fact you haven't got a record, as being you in the wrong. The people at ARAMS I've found very helpful but the system is poor.

Both but I find email handy because you have a record
Been having same issue and Defra inspector came with list of anomalies. Took him through prime records, he asked me why I hadn't contacted Arams to correct the mistakes. Replied because as you see all my records are manual so how would i know they'd made the errors? Ah good point, now moving on.....

Had same issue even inspector said it was there human error inputting numbers. Month later letter saying 1% fine off sfp mrs got on the case it took 3 months but proved we where 100% right on records and all there mistakes and they reinstated our 1%
The 1% was under £20 but it was the fact we had done nothing wrong why we pursued it.

Anybody noticed a change in address for posting back the movement forms? Rang up helpline for some forms and with them came a little note giving a PO box in Northampton not the one still printed on the bottom of the licence:scratchhead:

"Please note our PO box has changed. Our new address to send your movement licence is; ARAMS. PO box 1470. Northampton. NN19GB"

Must have missed their mailshot on that one..................

Just highlighting this again as I heard today that there is no postal redirect from the old address, which is a bit poor imo, especially as there's plenty of the old licenses still in use with the old address on.

According to their website the change of address happened 5 th of Dec. It also says there is a postal redirect.
However according to one local market this is no longer the case.

Iv been inputting online for a few years and have over 200 breaches. 2 were my fault all the rest are arams markets and slaughter houses. The markets will only input from my home holding and not any away keep the sheep come from. Iv asked them and they wont change it. Had 50 6 day standstill breaches through it. Trading standards have told me they don't even bother checking me now.
