Are fendts really that good ??

There’s thousands out there that have not been touched aswell, same as thousands of JDs that have original head gaskets and thousands of NHs that haven’t eaten their 19th gear bearing. It’s funny really that a Fendt dealer workshop is full of Fendts. Was at local NH dealer last week for a pto guard, for some reason there were only New Hollands in the workshop……
Isn't the point that as a premium brand at premium money you should expect it to be better ,more reliable than everything else. But it seems it's not .

From what I gather and hear a great propotion of tractor issues now are emission related be it EGR, VNTs, ad blue or injectors Etc. Go into any indy car garage and that will be full of late diesel cars with similar issues.

Talking to a big potato grower the other day, he is swapping out the Fendts for JD. He likes their 724s but the 828s are having new engines every 2000hrs. New engine has 2 year warranty so it will be sold just before it runs out, assuming that it hasn't had a new one by then.
