Are Red back boots worth the money?

Yes, haven’t done any damage yet but the sides are very flimsy. After 3 pairs of red backs am now looking for something with more support.

I had the same problem and bought a pair of Redback "Cobar" boots, which are a lace up boot but with a zip up side. So a bit less convenient for getting on and off, much better ankle support and comfortable.

Disappointed with Redbacks last pair excellent but the sole disinterested. The next pair found they they ‘had shrunk’ and needed to buy a whole size up from the first pair. Also they not as comfortable as before and they are not particularly waterproof.
My next boots will not be Redbacks.
Exactly the same experience here.

Yes I found the same with my Redbacks if they went anywhere slurry. Got a pair of Blundstone 910’s this year, steel toe cap with a rubber/plastic cover over the steel. So far so good and very comfy. When I got them they were £104 but Clive is selling them for £130 now!😫

I’m 5 weeks into wearing these. Quite expensive but a lot more support then my old redback dealer style ones. See how long the last before I make a final judgement.

I've had mine over a year now and still sound, the only downside is they let water straight in even when new.

I bought a pair of Redback dealer boots after reading so many good reviews on here from a few years back. Mine are not worth the money, one fits like a glove, the other like a boat, the elasticated sides are different widths on each boot. Have tried to raise the issue with the Redback rep, but 10 days no reply

TO be honest its very rare to hear complaints about Redbacks, almost sounds like two different sizes.

Given how Mongrels are made, I can't see them having the same issue, except being boxed incorrectly.

Since we are still struggling for Redbacks and a few on here mentioned they liked the Mongrels', we have now added supply of these on Farm Marketplace.

My last Redbacks were nothing short of Shiite. So I have just ordered some Mongrels to try from your link.

Bought a pair instead of macks same size. Had to exchange them for a larger size to get width. Fell 4 times because they were nearly an inch longer and toe kept catching on ground. Back to Macks again. Would have been comfortable if not for sizing.
