Are there any PD rights at all to build any type of structure for under 5 hectare plot?

All I am reading on Class B, which seems to be that pertaining to under 5 hectares, discusses only extensions and alterations or improvement of existing tracks and such.

I know for building a barn full PP would have to be applied for but what about building a shed or a greenhouse or polytunnels and things like that?

The first matter though is storage shed for tools and other work items. So is that allowed on an ag field on of only a couple of acres or what?

I read some things which say that if it is under 5 hectare sweet spot then it falls generally under the same rules as house permitted development which do not need PP for the aforementioned structures, within limits. Is that right?

Container?

Movable structure, cheap and easy start and no one's going to bat an eyelid...
That is what I am asking really, if these kind of small structures are 'officially' allowed.

Whether people will bat an eyelid vs being allowed are two different matters. :D

It is useful to know if it is official to know how confidently or not one may be able to carry themselves.

No structures are officially permitted without planning permission on holdings under 5Ha (and even those over 5Ha still require Prior Approval).

Temporary options are a grey area and a risk - whether it be shipping containers or touring caravans or box trailers - if they don't move, there is no reason to move them or no means to move them then they can be considered structures.

Planning permission for storage buildings on less than 5Ha is possible providing you have a legitimate need and are realistic on an appropriate size.

Was recently told that you can override the restrictions if the planners accept that your proposed structure is of exceptional environmental worth, there's a planning clause or somesuch that states as much apparently.

There may be in Local Plan's but nothing in the NPPF. The only thing that comes close is Para 84 but that relates to residential development.

How about this:

Your living accommodation, beit caravan, cabin, or tiny house on wheels and easily moved. Solar panels on the roof.

Another trailer alongside which has 2 tanks on it, one for clean water and the other one for sewage. Pump water to the "house" and pump sewage out. Generator also on the trailer.

Move the whole outfit regularly and take photographs after moving showing a newspaper front page of that day. Keep records.

You would have to find somebody who would let you replenish your water and pump off the poop into their treatment plant. Septic tank/treatment plant emptying companies take it straight to a local sewage works and pay.
