Ares 826 rz

Hi all I have just purchased my first tractor for my up and coming farm venture and its a renualt ares 826 rz on 2002 plate and done 8 thousand hours, just i notice when driving it home that it doesn't reach 40k.
Any idea's would be much appreciated

How fast is it reving when in top . I've got class 826 and it. Does 1900 rpm at 40km for its a eco box
It was getting up to 2100 ish when I had hand throttle flat out. Does yours have that little button on the back of the gear stick ? Wasn't sure if that engaged a extra gear like the fords uster do

If it's the same as my baby ares 550, the button at the back is like a clutch, you can push it and change gear save using the pedal. Think it was only on the power shuttle versions.

It hasn't got the gear box with 4 gears and splitter gears in each gear, its the joy stick with just two buttons and the hand throttle all in one. like a tm gear stick

Should be the same as a Massey dynashift. High and low range. 4 gears to sift on the gearstick, and each of the 4 gears has four powershift under load changes.

it sounds like he has the full powershift version like this
