Just because arla are paying me 47ppl doesn't mean my costs are anywhere near that whereas his are.

My guess would be whey concentrate. Was once a by product that was disposed of but if i remember right from my Denmark visit can be broken into 27 different ingredients and some of them extremely valuable.
