My concern with the tidy farm idea(which I'm not against) is it will go to far and the public will turn the other way and say farmers must be making to much money look how smart their farms are and their expensive equipment ( even though its all on tick or mortgaged to hell)
We need a good tidy up and are getting on with it,but a town dwelling friend of ours with no connection to farming says" your a proper farmer not one of those industrial farms"
Not having a dig at anyone's farming just trying to make the point that going down one route to keep the consumer happy might not achieve what they think
Back to my clearing up now!

Anyone else getting bombarded with emails and texts, sometimes multiple per day from arla!! It’s getting annoying now.

Seminar this, web chat that. Climate this...
Don't mind the emails, but the texts are a pain as they don't come through downstairs in the house, and are received and alert me just as I am drifting off to sleep.

Yes drives me up the wall. Same thing sometimes by multiple email and text. We must employ plenty of people just to dream up all this content. Wish they’d just let us get on and farm occasionally.
