Cholesterol levels are barely influenced by your diet, it’s your genetics that influences it the most as your body makes its own cholesterol

I heard many Vegan's say they are 90% vegan. They like the label, but also know it's not possible/very difficult to be 100% vegan.

I suspect most people are, meat and two veg in equal quantities would equal 66%, but add in lots of other foods such as bread, fruit, puddings, snacks such as peanuts or crisps and the amount of animal derived products in most peoples diets probably isn’t above 20%.............I’m sure the correct term to use is Omnivore.

As we seem to live in an age where you can self identify as anything you want to be, I can’t see a problem as self identifying as a meat eating vegan

The trouble with vegans is, they think we normal folk are carnivores and that we only eat meat.
