I think it’s largely self inflicted from working on the floor with one knee down and toes bent forward. Similar position to a sprinter in starting blocksAnyone suggested a local cortizone injection? It might be temporary but any relief is good when you are suffering badly. Strange though it’s only one toe.

Copper braclets and such like didn’t work for me. Giving up caffine and tea didn’t help either. Metatrexate on the other hand would give you a fighting chance with Bolt!
