Situation Vacant Assistant Dairyperson in Sunny Dorset

We have an exciting and varied position for our 380 cow herd on a simple forage based system. If you are in the early stage of your career or ultimately looking to progress to a Herd Manager you will have every opportunity to learn and hone your skills.
We are a friendly 4 person team with Milking a two person operation in a 32/64 Parlour. Autumn calving, outside when possible, the cows being cubicle housed in the winter.
You would participate in Regular team meetings with Vet, Nutritionist, AI tech etc and would be encouraged to undertake off farm training.
