Astrokerb and Fox

Hi,

Anybody got any direct experience with mixing astrokerb and fox. I know from tank mixes they are compatible but want to know crop effects? Looking into the idea of doing 0.5 l/ha fox with full rate astrokerb to help with big cranesbill and a bit of charlock. We’ve had a few frosts but thinking it still may be a bit harsh on the crop. The sensible route is to probably do separately.... leaving the fox until the crop has completely stopped growing. Opinions?

Cheers

That sounds a bit harsh but at that rate it's doable onto a big strong crop.

I'm splitting mine - Astrokerb went on last week. 1 litre of Fox plus 1 litre of methylated oil will be applied at least a week later to allow the crop to wax up again, plus there's no point doing the Fox until a frost is forecast.

When Astrokerb came out I ditched the Fox. Full rate Asfrokerb seemed more than adequate for big cranesbill.

I never got on very well with Fox. Conditions never seemed to be right and the Cranesbill laughed at it.

I know nothing about Charlock though. Do you need the Fox for that? If not, I'd just use the Astrokerb but I am not an agronomist.
