Sorry, for context, I am a farmer who is interested in the potential interest in a new product, and no way associated with any supermarket whatsoever. My apologies for not making that clear.

Surprised you didn't mention RPA, APHA, Trading standards, Environment Agency etc - they don't happen very often but they do happen!

I think many are unaware of the sheer number of audits that a farm business needs to be compliant for.
