Auto command issue

Hi all was leading muck with t7 auto command and every now and again would cone out of gear and flash N in the centre of dashboard. Come to a stop put handbrake on then back to drive forwards until it does it again. Any ideas? Gearbox needing calibrating?

Gearbox could need calibrating.
Could be a speed sensor.
Damper on flywheel could be coming apart.

No error codes coming up just throws itself out of gear.

I'll ask my brother tomorrow as I think that was the symptom ours had on his T7 and we ended up replacing the damper plate. We also changed the Vario solenoid while we were in there.

Depending on the year of it and what shuttle lever is fitted but the early shuttle levers with the little button on the end was prone to failing causing similar symptoms to yours with no error codes. Had 2 replaced on varios around the 2014 year and were replaced with the newer type shuttle lever.

Year 2020 with around 5000hrs on it

There will be an error code stored in the system, you either need to go through the HH menu or plug a laptop in to see what it is.

You could try and calibrate it but I imagine there's an intermittent sensor fault that likely won't pop up stood still.
