Avoiding Heart Attacks & Cancer:

(1) If you have had hard days work then you will know it, after days like this may I ask you to listen to your body clock and as a wise precaution take afterwards just one or two low-dose Aspirin tablets that evening before going to bed? The next day if you still feel tired or exhausted and your legs ache then do the same thing, there's' no need to take an Aspirin every day but some do. Aspirin is the 20th Century wonder drug.

(2) Blood viscosity: Give some thought to how much fat (lard) is floating around in your bloodstream and arteries? this fat if reduced will allow your blood to flow better, to reduce fat simply lower your fatty food intake, say goodbye to bacon sandwiches and fried chicken and last thing at night drink a small glass of lukewarm water with a tablespoonful of CIDER VINEGAR added to it. Cider vinegar is great for cleaning windows and removing oil stains and also fat from blood and artery vein walls. Better still if you add just one teaspoonful of OLIVE OIL to this concoction you will be on the Mediterranian diet and can expect an increase in lifespan of 7 years or more.

(3) I claim that a major source of acquired Cancer syndrome is caused by how we cook our food, and I claim that food baked in high-temperature ovens is a cause of cancer. (there are at least 101 other causes of cancer including air pollution, oil, chemicals and gene-damage) Why is baked food unhealthy?: Because it gets burnt inside ovens BURNT MEAT or burnt food can and will cause cancer. You may question this and answer " I never eat dirty or burnt food so have nothing to worry about": Are you certain about this? If so try this simple food test: Before eating cooked food and roasted meat please examine it for burnt areas (carbon) or when you buy a loaf of bread or cakes or buns in a supermarket then please turn your purchase over (upside down) and examine the bottom/s section for burns, oven-soot and similar black marks. Rest assured you're in for a shock. The next culprit on my list is the use of (overused) cooking oil (it changes composition in high temperatures) other leading culprits is oven grills and hot plates. So next time you pass a burger stall have a good, a long good look at how dirty these hot plates and grills are and do keep well away from charcoal grills, so-called charcoal steaks and smoked food including cigarettes. Sad to say cancer is incurable and there have been no major advances in cancer treatment since records were kept. And it's a fraud on the public to claim it is cured when it goes into remission. (Like most the writer has lost parents and a brother to cancer and he does not treat the subject lightly)

You'd be afraid to eat anything, or to get out of bed, if you took all that to heart. Sometimes you've just gotta get on with it.[/QUOTE)

(@ AliceCow) Yesterday I witnessed two very sad sights, a fat school boy age 11 pestering his grandmother for £2-00 to buy a bag of chips, she gave him it and he ran into the fish shop nearby and bought a bag of chips and a sausage. On the corner there was four boys stood, one aged about 14 was smoking a cigarette, I recall how 40 years ago as a building contractor I had a number of NHS contracts, some where in large mental hospitals, some in ordinary hospitals, and one of two in cancer hospitals, what did I learn from this: (1) That cancer treatment including Chemotherapy is hopeless. (2) Obesity and Smoking kills (3) that very few people are educated into protecting their health. (4) My most surprising discovery was how relieved and happy some people were to die. I spoke quite often to a lady from Egham, Surrey, who kept saying to me "I wish those b- &^%^$%$" doctors will let him die" she added "this is the 3rd time he's been in hospital and the 3rd time they've tried to save him". Eventually, he died. The message is: Food kills, and surely it's about time people guarded their own health.

Well if "food kills" then we're all dooooomed!

Food does kill and Yes, We are all Doomed. You will agree I hope that the lack of food kills, but that's no longer the case, its the eating of an excess of food far beyond your needs that's the problem. Did you know that 1 in 8 women die from Breast Cancer, and when they cut the breast open - the cancer commenced inside the fat-tissue found therein? I liken cancer to having a stone in your shoe, or some CARBON GRIT wobbling around for 20-30 years inside your body damaging the cells surrounding it. Have you ever had a wood spelk in your finger, and a few days later it hurts, then it goes red, then pus comes, I see cancer as a wood spelk that was swallowed or inhaled. The use of face masks in certain trades confirms this theory, and to end: No really fat person gets to see the promised land or age 65. Big bums kill might be a better way of expressing my thoughts on this.

No major advances in cancer treatment? Probably the most stupid thing I've ever read on this forum but the rest of the post doesn't cover itself in glory.

OP perhaps you'd share your medical and scientific qualifications with us or point us in the direction of your peer reviewed published papers?

From what I have learned from non biased research is that cancer cells thrive on sugar, and also high sugar in the blood will damage the heart as well as cause diabetes.
So a low carb diet is the way to go in my opinion.

Sorry to be mean to you (the OP) but being a building contractor and working on a hospital building doesn't give you medical knowledge. A lot of what you say is right enough, we all know it's not a good idea to smoke or be obese, but I think you're on dangerous ground insinuating that breast cancer is caused by having fat in the breast. The old adage a little knowledge is a dangerous thing could apply here.

He's gone very quiet. Has posted on his other threads and was last seen on one of them 15 minutes ago but hasn't replied on this one :scratchhead: I'm interested to know what his 2 farms produce.
