Backhoe pressure relief valve

Looking at a 1998 fermec 860 backhoe a neighbour has for sale. As I mentioned it needs two or 3 bushings in the back actor. The owner is very honest.

It has 10000 hours on it now. He put the last 2000 hours on it in 10 years. The only other thing he mentioned about it is that the hydraulic pressure relief valve will keep blowing off after about 30 minutes work. Its a constant hissing then. He worked it to demonstrate this to me. He says its always done this. Doesn't do this when cold. Then put it onto the slow pump and it stops the hissing. Will hiss again once back into the fast pump. Any ideas???

Think they use the danfoss valves like matbros did. Inlet section with relief valve was common to fail. A few hundred quid for a new inlet section so not end of the world although they also tend to knacker the pumps at same time or can fail due to a knackered pump.

They dont like contamination which is what happens over time with a worn pump.

So do you think it is an inlet section of a relief valve that would need to be replaced ? By any chance you don't have a parts diagram? With these pieces shown?

Would driving on with this relief valve blowing be very bad for the machine?
