Yeh, went down lincoln with mate for a load of straw earlier this week.not much laid out but looked bigger rows than yours (sorry) but no where near as much straw as usual. Rotary combine was getting blamed abit aswell.

we are finding more straw than we thought there would be but we still need a lot more.

Had a 50ac field of wheat do 2 round bales per acre.

I've also had wheat yield 5t/ac and a second wheat do 4t/ac.

Been a funny old year.

Still have a couple of field a left to bale but so far were averaging just shy of 1T/ac on barley and 1.7T/ac on wheat
