Thinking of putting up a multi use ag shed, bales, timber, chips, sheep etc.

Any ideas on ball park figs for most basic construction?

There's loads of offers on at the minute but the prices vary a lot.

I know a few people that have got sheds from that firm and they have been very happy. No issues. Apparently a lot of other firms don’t be happy with them posting prices as they can’t stick their arm in when quoting for a shed similar. Fair play to them.

the shed was galvanised uprights and rafters, timber purlins, coloured fibre cement roof, prepainted side cladding to half way down (25' eaves) plus deep gutters and all fixings and flashings. Rollers door was £2350 +vat extra fitted. No roof lights as its a grain shed also on safety grounds I wont have them. walls were shuttered at extra cost plus erection of the shed, site work etc
would cost about 30% at least more now, timber up 50% at least, steel still going up and supply issues

I’ve had a quote in last summer for a building. Been told 30% more.

Don’t know what to do!
