From the Jodrell Bank sale? Walked past that machine myself on Tuesday
Belt not tight enough, not enough revs, and maybe tines to close to the ground. Mounted conversion is much easier to get the height right with the top link, and it follows the ground better. So, if its easy to block it - why does that happen - too slow PTO speed ? going to fast forward ? wet crop? crop too heavy? belt slipping?
No secrets on here! From the Jodrell Bank sale? Walked past that machine myself on Tuesday
Probably yes. Last belt we got that was supposed to fit was a D148Anyone able to confirm the belt part number for a wuffler? Does D152 sound correct
Slow learnerMy first paid days work after leaving school was going over 10 acres of hay with a B275 and a Wuffler. Didn't put me off though.
As long as they rememberAll the smart arses on here making derisory comments about the wuffler should try shaking out 10 acres of hay with its predecessor (a fork). They would soon be singing its praises!
Nicholaon shaker was around long before the wuffler. Can remember using one that had been converted from horse drawn when I was a kid. Dad always said wuffler was invented by oil companies to use more diesel. All the smart arses on here making derisory comments about the wuffler should try shaking out 10 acres of hay with its predecessor (a fork). .....and fetch the aforementioned belt offAs long as they remember
