What are you fixing them with and what us the cost of the tiles compared to a real brick, we have a job they would be good forBrick tiles going on concrete panels today View attachment 883430
Fixing them with flexible tile adhesive that is purpose for exterior use and where the steel uprights are they are fixed with a grey mastic concrete panel sealant that again is flexible the brick slips have been cut from facing bricks we already had that were two sided so we got 2 from each brick we had to do it like this as the original opening of the shed was filled in with full bricks so they needed to match and the ones you can buy ready cut are not thick enough to go over the steel it cost 35p each to get them cutWhat are you fixing them with and what us the cost of the tiles compared to a real brick, we have a job they would be good for
One thing I can guarantees is it will take longer and cost more than you first thinkIt's looking really good. You must be pleased.
Inspiring me to do something similar.
Built a 55m2 kitchen extension 10 years ago. Couldn't see how it could possibly cost £1,000 m2, but it did. That was new boiler, decent quality kitchen units, ufh, good quality job all round, etc. Building materials have gone up in price since then. One thing I can guarantees is it will take longer and cost more than you first think
When speaking to builders and QS's they tend to look at £1500 - 2000 per SQM as a ballpark cost.Built a 55m2 kitchen extension 10 years ago. If I remember correctly, approximately 50 percent of cost was labour, 50 percent materials. And similar split for cost of walls and roof vs cost of interior. Invested in insulation.

Off the shelf fixtures and fittings I would imagine, no UFH or white goods. Is that fully furnished (Kitchens / Bathrooms etc), and is that just brick - or for stone walls?
Did you cut them thinner then for over the steel ?Fixing them with flexible tile adhesive that is purpose for exterior use and where the steel uprights are they are fixed with a grey mastic concrete panel sealant that again is flexible the brick slips have been cut from facing bricks we already had that were two sided so we got 2 from each brick we had to do it like this as the original opening of the shed was filled in with full bricks so they needed to match and the ones you can buy ready cut are not thick enough to go over the steel it cost 35p each to get them cut
My gutter counted as external dimension this is to be changed soon the bricks added 40 mm gutter is 170mmPlanning wouldn't let us put a facing brick on , apparently we were making it bigger , ffs
