There's a Wetherspoons in Peterborough, be cheaper for a breakfast than a service station. I'm heading up in the morning and will be there if I'm in enough time.

Stibbington lorry cafe is reputed to do a good breakfast. On the left southbound after Wansford. Never bebeen myself but worth a try its only two minutes away from the Haycock.

The truck stop sounds good to me, and you can get to it heading both north and south bound, then straight back on north bound to the hotel. Hopefully be there by 8.15am and miss abit of traffic at this end.

Wool is less environmentally damaging than nylon, and it's British and biodegradable. Important principles for base members.
If it's not "in fashion" it doesn't go out either.
