I'm going to both days, booked a room at the Premier Inn, looking forward to it. If anyones up for an extended stay there is a brilliant Indian restaurant called Alladdin about a mile from the venue, my daughter used to work nearby and I always tried to get there when visiting. Perhaps TFF members should put a flower in our hair to identify ourselves?!!

Can't make it this time which is a pain because I'm really interested in John Pawsey's presentation. I did however have a good conversation today about the base conference and apparently much of it will be recorded and available for members to watch via the website.

Looking at the speaker's, I really must join Base, I did speak to them at groundswell but haven't got round to it. Hopefully the presentations will be available afterwards. I couldn't have attended the Agm anyway due to a 'Zero till study tour' to Jamaica, they certainly don't do a lot of tillage out here , cope with 83" of rain per year and grow some decent coffee and a few other crops, they look pretty happy with it all anyway, that's probably got something to do with the other 'crops' they grow !!!!
