I'm going to both days, booked a room at the Premier Inn, looking forward to it. If anyones up for an extended stay there is a brilliant Indian restaurant called Alladdin about a mile from the venue, my daughter used to work nearby and I always tried to get there when visiting. Perhaps TFF members should put a flower in our hair to identify ourselves?!!

I'm booked into the venue hotel.

I'll be the one NOT wearing a mankini or Schoffel gilet. Does that help?

I've got a blue United Oilseeds gilet instead - will that do?

Very interesting couple of days.
Thanks to the committee, speakers and particularly Rebecca for all of the work put in.
It was good to put real names to pseudonyms and faces to avatars, and meet others with better things to do than waste time on here.
I never thought .a Brummie could be so interesting (except Jasper Carrot).;)

Who is going organic then?

I enjoyed John Pawsey's talk but I'll stick to working towards ULI (ultra low input) no till for now.

What we need is a no till brand that will give us a premium so we can stop using insecticides and cut down on other inputs and get paid for doing so. We can farm this way with as many or with even more benefits to biodiversity as organic farmers but what is the point if you're still stuck on the commodity treadmill competing on price with imported GM feed maize...?!

If I had 1000 acres of flat stone free land I'd order one of those system cameleon drills tomorrow.

I'll echo the comments above. An excellent couple of days that I would recommend to anyone who regards soil as anything more than something they scrape off their boots.

Great to meet so many fellow TFF members too (y)

I'll echo the sentiments above. Superb couple of days. Well done to all the committee and especially Rebecca for all the hard work. And thanks to all the speakers for some exceptional presentations. Long may it continue.
